- Submodule tsgo directly instead of via tsgolint
- Copy gen_shims tool from tsgolint for auto-generating shim code
- Consolidate checkershim into generated checker shim
- Auto-generate compiler shim (was hand-written)
- Add tsgo patches, update-shims script
- Update CI workflows, setup, justfile
